1. First go on to google!
2. Type in blingee.
3. Click on the top option.
4.Then click on make a blingee now!
5.Then clikc on browse.
6.Chose a pic of you or someone else.
7.Then rate the pic below
8.Click no thanks when a box pops up
9.Create the glitter on the photo
10.when you have done that click on Save on the left
11.Then click on the red writing on the right
12.Now give your picture a title and descrioe it and save.
13.Then you can create a page it says it on the right
14.There is a preiview on the left
15.Thats all you need to know
